1. The hirer has to have a valid driving license and a valid identity card or passport.
2. Minimum age of hirer and driver is 25 years.
3. To rent a category Compact, Family and Comfort , one must have held a valid class III or B driving license for at least two years.
4. Smoking is not allowed in any of the vehicles.
5. Pets may exclusively be accommodated on agreement with the rental station.
6. Hirers are required to observe the statutory rules and regulations (driving license, traffic regulations). A valid driving license must be submitted when hiring the motorhome.
7. The number of persons that may be seated and accommodated in a motorhome, may vary.
8. A bond of 750 Euros must be deposited when hiring the vehicle. (Deposit only by credit card).
9. Payment 100% latest 21 days prior to the pick-up, otherwise the reservation expires automatically and the vehicle will be released for other reservations.
10. In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the penalties will be as follows:
    - Up to 50 days before pick up day: 10% of the rental cost.
    - From 49 to 15 days before pick up day: 50% of the rental cost.
    - Less than 15 days before pick up day: 80% of the rental cost.
    - The day of the pick up: 95% of the rental cost.

Discounts
:For bookings made before January the 1st 2008 – 3%
For rentals from 21 to 30 days, 3% discount
For rentals of more than 31 days, 5% discount

The terms of hire which form part of the hire contract and are displayed in the rental stations, shall apply as amended at the time of hire.
