We are an
agent for different reliable european rental companies.
In our site you will find a choice of vehicles
together with specific terms and conditions of the different
suppliers. Our duty is to inform about procedures and make the
booking arrangements.
HOW
TO DO IT?
- Once the model
and destination choosen, please contact us and we will inform
you of the availability and of any information you may need.
BOOKING
CONFIRMATIONS
- The hiring request
must be sent on writing (e-mail, fax or form.doc) feeling
teh booking reservation form and Caravan Europa will confirm
your booking also on writing after receipt of the pre-payment
of 35% of the rental charges.
- The
final balance will be liquidated as per the conditions shown
in each supplier’s offer
CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
- Any booking
modification (i.e: dates, motorhome model, extras, etc.) will
incur in penalty fee according to the different terms of each
supplier showed in the site.
- In case of cancellation
of a confirmed booking a penalty will be applied; terms and
conditions are shown at each supplier’s offer.
- If a supplier
is not able to fulfil a confirmed booking, the renter has
the right for full refund of pre-paid amount; if available,
an alternative comparable vehicle will be offered from another
supplier.
- For early returns
no refunds will be given.
VEHICLE
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
- Will take place
at the rental stations.
- After checking
the vehicle and receiving the using instructions, the renter
will sign his agreement and the hiring contract.
- Any problem,
break down or accident after the contract is signed, should
be reported to the rental company as soon as possible.
- Caravan Europa
is acting as agent for the renter information and reservation
and shall not be liable for any incident, loss, accident,
claim or dispute between suppliers and renters.
- Timetable for
pick-up and drop-off as well as an extract of terms and conditions
are shown at each supplier’s offer
