- The hirer has to have a valid driving license and a
valid identity card or passport.
- Minimum age of hirer and driver for Compact, Family
and Comfort is 23 years, for the group Premium is 25 years.
- To rent a category Compact, Family and Comfort, one
must have held a valid class III or B driving license
for at least three years.
- Please note that the overall weight of category Premium
Plus vehicle is more than 3.5 tons. This means that you
need a Class C/C1 driving license valid for at least 5
years.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the vehicles.
- Pets may exclusively be accommodated on agreement with
the rental station.
- Hirers are required to observe the statutory rules and
regulations (driving license, traffic regulations). A
valid driving license must be submitted when hiring the
motorhome.
- The number of persons that may be seated and accommodated
in a motorhome, may vary.
- A bond of 1000 Euros must be deposited when hiring the
vehicle. (Deposit only by credit card).
- Payment 100% latest 42 days prior
to the pick-up, otherwise the reservation expires automatically
and the vehicle will be released for other reservations.
- In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the
penalties will be as follows:
- Up to 50 days before pick up day: 10% of the rent
- From 49 to 15 days before pick up day: 50% of the
rent
- Less of 15 days before pick up day: 80% of the
rent
- The day of pick-up or no-show: 95% of the rent
Discounts rentals:
for more than 28 days, -5%
The terms of hire which form part of the hire contract
and are displayed in the rental stations, shall apply as
amended at the time of hire.
