1. The hirer must be in possession of a valid class B driving license for at least three years as well as a valid identity card or passport.
2. Minimum age of hirer and driver is 21 years.
3. Smoking is not allowed in any of the vehicles.
4. Pets may exclusively be accommodated on agreement with the rental station.
5. Hirers are required to observe the statutory rules and regulations (driving license, traffic regulations). A valid driving license must be submitted when hiring the motorhome.
6. The number of persons that may be seated and accommodated in a motorhome, may vary.
7. An amount of 1.800.- € must be deposited at time of pick-up (only by means of credit card Visa or Mastercard) . Under certain circumstances the amount can be reduced to 1.000.- € with a supplement of 8.- € per day of rental.
8. Compulsory supplement: Every rental will have a fee of 5.- € per day as national and international emergency service.
9. Full payment should be made, latest 21 days prior to the pick-up, otherwise the reservation expires automatically and the vehicle will be released for other reservations.
10. In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the penalty will be as follows:
    - Up to 50 days before pick-up date 10% of the rental cost
    - From 49 to 15 days before pick-up date 50% of the rental cost
    - Less than 15 days before pick-up date 80 % of the rental cost
    - The day of pick-up 95% of the rental cost

Discounts for long term rentals:
For rentals from 21 to 30 days, 3% discount
For rentals of more than 31 days, 5% discount.

The terms of hire which form part of the hire contract and are displayed in the rental stations, shall apply as amended at the time of hire.
